Our goal is to provide Mindful/Quality Dance instruction for the purpose to encourage the love of dance, connect breathe, creativity and the elements of Body, Action, Time, Space, and Energy in dance. We believe dance is an Art form and is for everyone not just for individuals on a pre-professional/competitive tract but for all and has many beneficial links to brain development, character development and happiness.
“Nobody cares if you can’t dance well. Just get up and dance. Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion.”- Martha Graham

TESTIMONIALS From the moment we signed up for classes at the studio, it was so very clear to see that we made the right choice for Inara’s dance education. The last two years have only confirmed that choice. Ms. Dina’s talent in teaching is rivaled *only* by her love for her students, and our daughter thoroughly enjoys the benefits of such a caring and nurturing environment. We do too. Because of Ms. Dina, Inara not only learns dance, but loves dance – and we love the opportunity to witness such a creative, educational, and joyful outlet for our daughter to thrive in through all of the studio’s offerings.Year round, even! We can’t thank Ms. Dina, and her studio, enough for that!
